If you have a problem with your order and decide to take legal action. You authorize us to provide any personal data that has been processed. This could include addresses, numbers, emails, record calls, orders, WhatsApp, live chats, or any other contact that has been made to support any legal action.
7. Cancellation Policy
To completely cancel your flower order, you must notify us at least 9 business days before your first scheduled delivery date. We do not accept cancellations within 8 business days of a scheduled delivery date. Please note that there is a 25% surcharge for all canceled orders in the regular season and a 50% surcharge for all canceled orders in the holiday season. To cancel your order, kindly send an email to email@example.com with the subject heading CANCEL ORDER # (include your order number). In the body of the email, please provide the details of the items you wish to cancel. Alternatively, you can call us at +1(754)544-9383. Please be aware that we will need to speak directly with the person who placed the order to confirm the cancellation.
8. Fees & Payments
When you place an order on the Site, you agree to pay the price for the Product at that time, the delivery fees, and any applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying all taxes, fees, duties, and charges related to the purchase that are not withheld by the Company. You must provide accurate and current payment information. You must have the legal right to use the payment method you provide. We have the right to change the available quantity of a product or aspect of the Service, impose conditions on promotions, and refuse to sell or deliver a product.
When you make a purchase through the Service, you agree to pay the price for the products, along with shipping, handling charges, and applicable taxes. You also authorize Ecuador Direct Roses to charge your credit card or other payment methods for the full amount. If you choose to have the products delivered at a later date, you understand that Ecuador Direct Roses will charge your payment method on the date of purchase. All currency references are in U.S. dollars. Payment can be made using various methods such as credit card, debit card, PayPal, and Stripe. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received, and any holds on your account by payment processors are your responsibility.
9. Prompt and Secure Shipment of Your Flowers
Weekday delivery is available for our flowers at Ecuador Direct Roses. However, additional shipping fees may apply for certain flowers and floral supplies, addresses outside of the 48 lower United States (Canada, Hawaii), and delivery dates on Saturday delivery. It is highly recommended that the customer or a representative be present during delivery. While a signature may or may not be required, it is important to note that EDR Service will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Additionally, any damage to products caused by being left in inclement weather or prolonged travel times due to the customer's absence is not our responsibility. Delays caused by FedEx, UPS, or DHL, Customs and Agricultural inspections, or acts of God are also beyond our control. For more information, please refer to our detailed Shipping Policy.
10. Caution while Handling Packets
Ecuador Direct Roses ships Ecuadorian flowers with strong packaging materials like plastic straps, metal staples, wooden rods, and sharp objects. These materials may have rough edges or thorns. It is important to handle the boxes, packaging materials, and flowers with caution to protect yourself. The packaging straps are under pressure and can suddenly release. There is a risk of injury when handling these items. Please use appropriate protective gloves and tools. Ecuador Direct Roses cannot be held accountable for any damages or injuries caused by mishandling our packages or flowers.
11. Complaints and Claims Regarding Our Flower Services
If you are unsatisfied with your flower shipment, please contact Ecuador Direct Roses immediately upon opening the boxes. Additionally, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. It is important to verbally communicate any complaints and provide digital pictures showing all the flowers within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product. Failure to do so will result in your claim being rejected and no refund being issued. To process your claim, we will require digital pictures and/or a return of all the products for a quality inspection. Please note that we cannot guarantee exact color matches as flowers are a natural product that can vary in color from season to season.
The proper care of flowers is the customer's responsibility. Ecuador Direct Roses cannot be held liable for mishandled products. 12. Communication Service
Ecuador Direct Roses collects mobile phone numbers to send important updates about your order via SMS or text messages. By providing your cell phone number, you agree to receive SMS or text messages from Ecuador Direct Roses regarding your order. There is no service fee associated with these messages, but you are responsible for any charges from your mobile phone service provider for receiving text messages. Stay informed and up-to-date with our convenient SMS notifications for your order.
